11月15日下午，六年级英语组的全体教师相聚书吧，就刚刚结束的期中考试进行分析研讨，进行了一次备课组活动。

此次活动包括两个部分：分析此次期中考试的得失和此后的教学计划。首先，每位教师针对自己班级的情况对期中考试做了简单的质量分析，通过讨论，大家一致认为，此次考试，试卷难度较大，很有灵活性。学生在首字母填空、完形填空和阅读理解这几项失分较多。失分的原因主要是：1. 部分同学的基础不够扎实。2、缺乏做题技巧。3、平日的阅读量不够，缺乏积累。接着，针对这些问题，今后，我们应相应地采取以下措施：1、进一步抓紧巩固学生的基础知识。2、规范要求、强化做题技巧，养成良好的做题习惯。3、做题要精选，研究好教材，才能有效提高做题正确率。4、定期阅读英文材料，提高英语阅读能力。最后，大家共同讨论，精选出易错题，以供今后复习之用。

如何提高教学质量，提升学生的英语成绩，一直是我们六年级英语老师关注的问题，此次考试揭露了问题，也给我们指明了方向。
