三年级英语备课组活动报道(二)

         4月8日上午第四节课,房鑫老师在三(1)班执教Unit4 where’s the bird?的第一课时。本单元围绕“在哪里”这一话题,将方位词on\in\under\behind掌握并灵活运用,重点学习句型where’s the …? It’s on\in\under\behind the ….重点词汇包括:bird,under,desk,behind,on,chair.在教学过程中,房鑫老师根据学生的年龄、身心特点,利用图片、照片等积极创设各种生动活泼并较为真实的情景来引导学生理解和运用所学的知识,帮助学生巩固本单元所学的日常用语及单词,进一步提高学生听、说、读、写的能力和综合语言运用的能力。

对于刚接触英语的三年级孩子,课堂需要更加活泼生动和丰富灵活。房鑫作为一名新教师,认真备课,虚心请教,不断完善和修改自己的教学思路和教学过程,在教学过程中磨练自己的教学应变能力和教学技巧,不断成长和完善自我。

Where is the bird?

Teaching aims:

1. Let students read and understand the prepositions and nouns,such as:bird,desk,chair

in,on,under,behind.

2. Help students understand the story and know how to ask the position “Where is the

···?”,and let students read the story fluently and emotionally.

3. Help students build the belief that we should protect the environment and plant more trees.

Teaching difficulties and importance: 

1. Let students read the new wordsphrases and sentence patterns correctly,especially pay attention to the pronunciation and the stress.

2. Let student understand and read the story, and have a feeling that we should protect the environment.

Teaching procedure:

Step1: Pre-reading

1. Sing and say

Sing a song “Where is the bird?”

T: Boys and girls , do you like this song? 

S: Yes.

T: Do you remember the title of the song? What is the title of the song?

S: Where’s the bird?

T: Great! And today we will learn “Unit4  Where is the bird?”

2. Look and praise

T: Look at the bird.(show a picture of bird)

S1It’s nice.

S2: It’s great.

S3: How nice.

S4: Great.

T: And we can also say “How beautiful!”, read after me.

3. Look and guess

T: What is this/that?

S: Is this/ that a (desk/chair)?

T: Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.

4. Play and say

According to the position of the bird, answer the question .

A: Where’s the bird?

B: It’s···

5. Let’s chant.

Where, where, where’s the bird?

On , on , it’s on the desk.

Where, where, where’s the bird?

_____, ______, it’s _____ the ______.

Step2: While-reading

T:Look, a bird. Where is it?

S: It’s in the classroom.

1.  Listen and answer

Q1: How many places does the bird stay?   (5)

Q2: Where’s the bird at last?    (In the tree.)

2.  Watch and number

T: Boys and girls, look,can you tell me where the bird is according to these five pictures.

T: Where is the bird?

S1:It’s on the chair.

S2Where’s the bird?

S3: It’s ···

TAnd now watch the story and try to order the pictures.

3.  Read and imitate

T: Look at the pic1, how do they feel?

S: Happy.

T: Yes, so you should read the sentences happily.

4.  Group work

4 in a group,choose one way you like to read the story.

A:Read together emotionally.

B:Read in rolesMike,Yang Ling, Su Hai, Liu Tao

5.  Acting time

Rules:Pay attention to the pronunciation and stress.

     Act the story with emotion and action.

Step3:Post-reading

T: Boys and girls, look ,birds are very beautiful and nice. They are our friends. They are also a member of environment. Trees are their home.So we should plant more trees for them. Love birds, love lives!

Step4: Homework

1.  Listen to the tape and read the story time at least 10 times, and try to act it out with you partners.

2.  Copy the story time, 1+1.


              教学反思:本节课为U4 Where’s the bird?的第一课时,通过一只小鸟飞进教室停在教室的不同位置学习方位词inonunderbehind等,学生区分词义时有些困难,通过实践和实际操作,让学生对方位词有感知,会运用,从而加深印象并灵活掌握,对于知识点的重难点,作为新教师缺少经验,通过向本组其他老师请教,给予针对性的指导,帮助我更好的抓住重难点,并针对性的设计教学。
