六年级英语备课组活动报道五

12月13日上午,六年级英语备课组徐心怡、陈红两位教师在组内上公开课。徐心怡老师的授课内容为Keep our city clean (story time),这一课的话题是关于城市环境卫生,和学生的生活息息相关。在教学过程中,教师紧密联系实际情况,引导学生发现城市环境卫生方面的问题,并思考解决问题的答案,从而引导学生增强环保意识,热爱城市环境。陈红老师的授课内容为Protect the Earth ,教师以歌曲和师生的对话导入话题,随后以两个问题When is Earth Day 和When is World Environment Day与学生进行问答活动,进行新课学习。两节课都是学生感兴趣的环保话题,课堂中,两位教师都注重问题的设计,以问题链串联整节课,引导学生真实大胆地表达,注重培养学生的思维能力。
课后两位教师分享了自己的备课思路,组内听课教师们提出了自己的建议和改进措施。
Unit 6 Keep our city clean (story time) 徐心怡
教学目标:
1.能听懂,会说,会读air, smoke, rubbish, messy, dead, move...away from, bin, plant, more
2.掌握四会单词keep,clean,make,dirty
3.初步了解句型What makes...dirty/messy?...make(s)...dirty/messy.以及What can we do to...?We can...
4.能流利的朗读课文并尝试复述,表演课文。
5.树立环保意识,践行环保理念。
教学重点:

教学反思:
本单元是有关环境保护的话题,主要学习环境污染产生的原因What makes our dirty?及如何进行环境保护What can we do to keep our city clean?六年级的学生对环保这个话题并不陌生,他们已经通过各种渠道,如其它课程,媒体等对污染原因和环保的重要性,方法都有所了解,关键是他们通过本单元的学习学会如何用英文表达,也使环保意识进一步得以增强。
本课时执教的是Story time这个板块。该板块有两个话题,第一,什么造成了城市污染?第二,如何保持城市清洁。板块内容清晰,主题明确。所以在设计本节课的思路时围绕着这两个问题而设计了多种情境和活动。
纵观整堂课,我没有给学生足够的自己构建语言的机会和时间,特别是在解决What can we do to keep our city clean?这个问题时,应引导学生发散思维,鼓励他们谈谈其他的建议;同时,在对话的过程中注意兼顾不同层次的学生,对学习困难的学生采取帮扶措施,让他们熟悉课文中的语句。
Unit 7 Protect the Earth (Story time) 陈红
教学目标:
1、 能听懂、会读、会说protect, earth, save, useful, waste, reuse, energy, most, coal, wood, cut down, plastic, oil, drive, so much.
2、 能听懂、会读、会说日常交际用语We use … to … We should … We shouldn’t …
3、 通过小组合作交流,能正确地理解并能用标准的语音语调朗读文本,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。
4、 让学生了解保护地球的重要性,培养学生热爱地球,保护地球的意识,了解更多保护地球的方法。
教学重点和难点:
1、 对词汇和句型的理解。
2、 通过小组合作交流,能正确地理解并朗读文本,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

教学反思:
本节课是六年级上册第七单元Story time部分说明型的语篇阅读教学。不同于其他的小故事,本篇短文阐述性较高,趣味性较低,所以为了避免学生学习过程中的枯燥乏味之感,提高学习本文的趣味性非常重要。因此,在阅读过程中,重在培养学生的阅读兴趣,教会学生简单的阅读策略。 小学高年级学生已有一定知识经验积累,出现了初步的抽象思维,逐步能透过现象深入事物的本质,已能预见事物的结果。因此,教师要根据学生的认知规律安排教学活动,也要针对不同学生的不同学习能力,采取不同的教学引导或师生合作、生生合作等形式,让所有的学生都能参与课堂活动,以便各有所获。
而课堂中,对于学生敢于提出问题的行为,教师首先应给予肯定,至于提出、回答的正确与否,则是第二位的,可以由学生集体讨论逐步澄清。只有这样,才能创设一种宽松、和谐、合作、民主的课堂气氛,也只有在这样的课堂气氛中,才能使每个学生树立起学习信息,自己体验成功的喜悦。
