大街六年级英语备课组活动报道(

16日上午,年级英语备课组老师在6)执教教改Unit8 Chinese New Year。课后,备课组全体教师对老师的本节课进行了热烈的讨论。

申老师在课堂上体现了以下教改研讨的要求:1、有明确的策略传授,例如读图策略。通过图片让学生理解词的意思。2、有固定的语言模式,激发学生思维。老师通过追问学生What are you going to do?What's your plan?激发学生去主动思考。3、有高级思维的有效训练。

以下是老师的教案和教学反思:

六上Unit8 Chinese New Year( Period2 )

一、教学内容:Cartoon time, Sound time, Culture time

二、教学目标:

1、能理解并体会字母oo在单词中的发音;

2、能理解Culture time中的内容并适当拓展;

3、能理解和熟读Cartoon time中的内容并能表演;

4、能够用将来时态熟练表达未发生的事情;

5、感受节日中浓浓的喜悦和爱意。

三、教学重难点:

1、能理解Culture time中的内容并适当拓展;

2、能在前两课基础上熟练地表达将来时。

四、教学过程:

Step1 Warm up and revision

1. Greetings

2. T: Today we’ll go on learning Unit8 Chinese New Year.(齐读课题)

3. Brain storm: Say something about Chinese New Year.

Step2 Sound time

1. Look and learn

T: I like Chinese New Year. Because all the family members are going to get together and have a big dinner. We cook lots of food.

2. Look and say

T: Look, here’s a cook. What’s in his hand? There’s a book. It’s a cookbook. He’s looking at a cookbook.

3. Listen and choose

T: Why is he looking at a cookbook? Listen and choose the right answer.

4. Look, find and read

找出含有字母组合oo的单词,总结出读音并跟读。

5. Play a game

T: Here are many words, they all haveoo, let’s put them in the right bowl.(根据读音分类)

6. Learn new words

(1) Try to read the words;

(2) Look at the pictures, get to know the meaning of the words;

(3) Fill in the blanks.

Step3 Cartoon time

1. Look and guess

T: Chinese New Year is coming. What are Bobby and Tina going to do at Chinese New Year? Today, we are going to enjoy a story about it. Hear are 4 pictures about the story. Look at the pictures. Do you have any questions?

Step4 Culture time

1. Let’s talk

T: Bobby and Tina are going to have a happy Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. We also call itSpring Festival.( Learn the most important) Do you know any other Chinese Festivals?

2. Listen and guess

T: What holiday is it?

Ss: Christmas, Thanksgiving

3. Get to know more about Christmas and Thanksgiving

T: Today, we enjoyed some holidays. We feel love from them. Different countries have different holidays and customs. 

Step5 Consolidation

1.T: 2021 is coming, let’s love our new life.

2.Think and write

T: Choose your favorite holiday and write something about it.

Step6 Homework

1. Listen and read cartoon time;

2. Introduce the culture of the holidays to your parents;

3. Make a poster about the holiday you like.

五、教学反思:

我执教了译林版英语六上unit8 Chinese New Year(story time)第二课时,由于是熟悉的话题,再加上充分的预习,学生对文章的理解相对比较容易。但新单词和新句型的出现,却让学生对文章的深度理解造成了一定的阻碍。本片文章条理性很强,因此我选择列提纲和关键词的方式教学,培养正确的阅读方法,使学生养成良好的阅读习惯,从而提高学生自主阅读的能力。并在各个阅读环节中进行有针对性的拓展,让学生了解到更多的春节文化,开拓学生的视野,提高英语学习乐趣,也丰富了学生的语言输出。

1. Pre-reading

在学习fireworks,firecrackers时,我通过听声音让学生通过猜测,大大提高了学生的主观能动性,不再是被动地接受,通过猜谜,让学生阅读并猜测“对联”,扩充单词couplets,学生的兴趣被充分地激发。

2.While-reading

我通过一系列由简到难的阅读任务:Scan and find、Skim and order、Discuss and answer、Read and underline,层层递进,指导学生掌握正确的阅读方法,学生通过这些阅读活动对文章有了更深层次的掌握,学生的思维也处于高度活跃状态。学生小组合作自主阅读,同时渗透文化知识。

3.Post-reading

学生根据板书上的关键词复述文本。由文章内容拓展到学生的生活实际让教学有了进一步的升华,学生小组合作,试着复述或转述Anna的新年计划。作为本课的总结评价,我以What did you learn in this class?问题,带学生进行本课梳理,春节是亲朋好友分享爱的节日,祝福每个人欢度春节,学生在接受祝福的同时也在不经意间又获得了更多的知识储备。

在准备上这节课的时候比较担心我们班学生是否能接受如此大的信息量,会不会加重学生的负担,但是现在看来,学生对一些拓展知识并不排斥,反而激发了学习热情,很多同学能够去运用这些知识,大大丰富了语言表达。

选择恰当的时机,围绕主题,激发孩子的学习兴趣,那么这些拓展内容绝对不会成为课堂的负担。
