三年级英语备课组活动报道(四)
6月3日,三年级全体英语教师认真聆听了刘玥老师Unit7 On the farm的组内公开课,课堂教学以On the farm为主题,教师展示了农场相关的歌曲、图片,为学生营造了一个轻松有趣的学习氛围。教师积极促使学生主动地学习英语,并将所学的知识自然有效地运用于生活实际,收到“现学现用、学用结合”的成效。在磨课过程中,刘老师能及时地、有效地进行反思。通过反思,根据实际情况调整教学计划,丰富教学内容,使教学计划更迎合实际需要。提高教师个人的教学专业水平和教学专业技能,提高教学质量,实现优化教学,培养学生的良好综合素质都有着重要的意义。作为区优秀青年教师,刘老师表现出优秀的教学素养和能力,对于青年教师有一定的指导和引领作用。

教学反思:
我在执教完3BUnit7 On the farm这节课后,仔细思考自己的整个教学过程,发现有以下不足:
1.上课节奏可以稍微快一些。这节课涉及到和农场有关的动物,水果,可以通过模仿等方式让学生更加活泼一些,让整个课堂有张有弛,自觉进入高度思考运转的状态。
2.要注重与学生的情感交流。通过自己与学生的情感交流,给学生学习的安全感和开口表达的欲望,达到有效激活课堂气氛和同学之间默契配合的效果。
课堂上,要节奏控制得当,紧紧抓住学生的注意力,让学生没有松懈的机会。学生努力思考,明快而且活泼地学习,这样不是被“逼”着学,被“牵引”着学,而是学生切实想学,想表达。
